It has an open top with divided compartments and it has pockets to keep you organized. It is in great condition, with the only flaws on the bottom, which can be seen in detail in the last photo of the outside of the bag. There is some discoloration around the pockets on the inside not due to use, but it seems to be due to discoloration after time of the products used to make the bag.
