gerberdaisygal How are you suppose to remove the tag that’s firmly sewn in the vertical seam? I bought another color of this tote and want to buy more but this is problematic.

serialposher @gerberdaisygal honestly I don’t know. The tag is in an odd spot. I like the gold side and that’s what I would use if I didn’t have a 3 year old. I will look at it again when I get home.

serialposher @gerberdaisygal 😬😬 I got in touch the Kate Spade company and the lady I spoke with said don’t remove the tag for the first year because it may void void the warranty. I asked her “so I’m supposed to use the bag with the tag stuck out?” . She said “yes”. That doesn’t make sense.

gerberdaisygal I got nowhere emailing their customer service. Said to use only on 1 side. This happened with a black one I bought where label wouldn’t come out with a yank so I cut label close to bag and used a black sharpie on the excess label. I can’t do this with a bag that’s not black where the label is. I might go to a nearby Kate Spade store and see if they have any tips about this style and how we’re supposed to remove it.
