Waist measurement please and overall pant length waist to bottom cuff hem, rise and inseam waist and overall length most important to me. Also is the elastic in the waist any good ? I have purchased 3 items where the elastic was useless and not only useless but unrepairable as well. I have been looking for olive green, blue, and brown silk pants in my size, for a long time. Please do not sell these if the elastic is no good
