Kasper Pencil Skirt in Tropical Blues

This is a beautiful Kasper skirt in vibrant shades of turquoise, navy blue, and white. It is a size 6 and is 25” long with an 8” kick pleat in the back. It is fully lined and in EUC. I have included the Kasper size chart. Please see photos for measurements and details. I am downsizing. All clothing comes from my own closet.
