Kasper Cream Blouse with Tie Neck

Chic cream blouse by Kasper. Features a stylish tie neck and long sleeves. Perfect for versatile styling. There is a snack in the middle bottom where you tuck it in and a few tiny stains. I tried to capture it in the pictures at the end when I bought this blouse it said 100% silk, but the tag do not say that so I cannot guarantee is 100% silk, but it feels like it is
