Fabric is a shear teal color with a floral print and has a coordinating liner. Liner has a 4" ruffle trim on the bottom edge made of the outter dress fabric. Dress and liner are 100% Polyester. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Dress details include a slight v-neck, double flutter sleeves, thin shoulder pads, and is a slip-on.
