Karen Scott mock turtleneck Sweater size P/P

Very pretty red and black sweater. Red yarn has black thread woven through. Mock turtleneck with front opening with three ‘pearl’ buttons. No definite shoulder seam. Lovely cable front panel to add some interest. Approximate measurements: armpits flat - 17.5”, length 23.5” and sleeves from armpit - @17.5” Please look closely at measurements as I’m not sure what P/P compares to. Was just going by a chart of petite sizing.
