Could be wore strapless but it has straps in a baggy at the care label. Panel style bodice with tiered floral bottom. This is a great party dress. Fully lined. Hidden side zipper. Front length 30” across bust 13 1/2” waist 11 1/2”. Material: 92% silk 8% elastane. Care: dry clean. Will hit above the knees.
