Rotating kandi cuff. I made this smaller than most so it's more affordable. I used the peyote stitch and ladder stitch so it rotated easier. ( That is my intention) I use neon green, neon yellow and neon blue pony beads and black pony bead stars. This is about size 7 and made out of stretchy cord. thank you for looking. Will Ship out USPS
