Kancan Mid Rise Skinny Ankle Jeans Black Raw Hem 28 (fit like 27)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @hart2home. Loved them but they run small! These fit more like a size 27 not a 28. I struggled to pull them up and couldn't even button them. I'm normally a 28. Tag says 9/28 but it's more like 7/27 and size listed will reflect this.
