Elastic waistband with buttons for a tight fit in the jacket. Full zip. Fleece lined neck. Elastic hood band for a tight fit. Hood removable if needed. Velcro throughout to get the right/tight fit where needed. Offered in gently used, almost perfect condition. From washing, the jacket hood has some reflective peeling(as seen in last pic).
