KSL - a division of Karin Stevens Vintage dress! Size 14 All Navy Blue with sequins. Looks like two pieces, but they are attached. ******I am pretty sure all Navy Blue, dark, but it could be Charcoal Black, depending on the light!!!********** The top front part has buttons. There are also shoulder pads. The bottom part is very flowy! Short sleeves, zipper up in back with a hook and loop also. 100% Rayon. Excellent pre-owned condition, with no flaws such as stains, tears, holes, etc. It is smoke-free, clean, and ready to wear! It might need steam or iron before wearing.
