KONG E-Collar Cone Small Dogs

KONG E-Collar medical cone for Small Dogs / cats. Good condition, if a few minor marks, used for 1 week only. Great collar, secure. 3 Hook and loop closure fasten straps, for adjustable size. When they are aligned it measures about 8”-8.25” circumference. Biggest circumference is about 10”-10.25”. Bought last minute for my 11 lb. cat when the other I had was too small. However I recommend it for dogs because I think the noise of the velcro strips could irritate a cat
