This blouse is brand new with tags attached and is absolutely beautiful. There is a small thread pull in the middle of the back, see photo #13 and photo #14 for details. The top is constructed of two layers of chiffon fabric. The delicate beading at the neckline is dainty and gorgeous. There is a swoop of fabric that is attached to the shoulders with pleats and drapes across the top of the back. The sleeves are asymmetrical and have slits up the center.
