Color: Black and gray Length: 18 inch Waist: 26 inch Material: 100% Polyester (as seen in photo) Puffy short skirt with under lining State of clothing: Brand new/opened bag. Ordered back in 2021, ordered the wrong size so I couldn't wear it. It's been folded in my closet dresser ever since. Cloth in excellent condition, a little wrinkly. Clothing Measurement Information: "Length" is measured with body tape measure from top of skirt to bottom "Waist" is measured with body tape measure around skirts waist Measurements are as accurate as possible.
