lyka2018 @rslater87 actually this is the accurate measurement Shoulder Strap Drop Max: 20" Shoulder Strap Drop Min: 18" Handle Drop: 4" Height: 10" Width: 14.5" Depth: 5" I measured it correctly. The first one i got it from a certain website measurement. I hope this helps.
