KATE SPADE striped halter cotton modal dress. Size small. This dress is versatile enough that it can also be worn as a long tunic tank. Happy stripes in shades of navy blue, pink, orange and white. Bare shoulders. Popover style. Kate bow at back. Fabric is 50% cotton 50% modal for a beautiful drape. No rips, stains holes or piling. All measurements are taken flat across and approximate bust 17” length from strap to hem 30”. this is super short dress which is why I wear as a Tank! For reference I am 5’4”
