This is a beautiful KAREN MILLEN pullover sweater, it has leather inserts at the shoulders, it has a loose turtleneck, asymmetrical hemline and is in very excellent condition. There’s no material or care tag. So it may be faux leather and I believe it’s a wool blend. Beautiful item. All measurements are taken flat: Armpit to armpit 17.25” Underarm length 22.5” Center back length 21.5”
