sparklemom28 @bloondie2 hi there! 17” across the front waist and you can get about 5” of stretch with the elastic, 33 1/2” from top to bottom, about 23” inseam.

sparklemom28 @bloondie2 I’m not exactly sure what rise is but waist to bottom is about 34”, bottom to crotch is about 24”.

bloondie2 @sparklemom28 hi! the rise is the length from the waist to the crotch. based on the measurements you've given, I'd say the rise is about 11-12", which, for me and my short stumpy body, is too long! thank you anyway for all your help
