Justice blue and white silver sparkly thread skirt with lined shorts size 20 plu

This item is in excellent condition pictures and video does not do it justice how beautiful this skirt is in person it has elastic at the waist and it has full shorts in the bottom which are lined as well. Measurements are top to the longest part of the skirt 31 inchestop to the bottom of the shorts is 13 1/2 inches the inseam of the shorts is about 2 1/2 inches. Measurements across the waist are about 16 1/2 inches.
