Justice Striped Sweater Dress w Sequins Girls 6

This is a Justice Knit Sweater type material Dress for Girls, Size 6. Black, Gray, White, and Pink Striped Pink Netted Ruffle Layer over Plain Pink at the bottom. All Pink areas have Pink Sequins on them. Looks like the design has some extra hand stitches near shoulder, but one side has an extra stitch or small snag.
