What a cool and comfy dress for summer! It would even make a good swimsuit cover up! This dress is so light and airy that it floats and flutters with the light breeze from the ceiling fan! It is a size XXL, so I've had to adjust it some to fit my mannequin for pics... Also, the spaghetti straps are not adjustable. It has a ruffle around the hem, and a ruffle flounce at the top. The shell is slightly sheer and there's a white lining. The floral pattern is dark blue and light blue. This dress is so eye catching! The shell is a barely there polyester, and the lining is a soft, breathable cotton.
