Just the Right Shoe titled "Rio" #25080 (2001) This theatrical style is a modern version of those South of the Border, over the top fashions made famous by Carmen Miranda’s unique costumes in the 1940’s. The bubble cut out on the heel is a new element on a classic design. The brilliant hot pink of a fancy ruffle is reflected in the multicolored insole of this shoe, turning up the heat on the tropical number.
