Just fab black buckle boots

Just fab black buckle boots. Size is a womens 8! Wore these maybe 1-2 times been sitting in my closet for maybe 2 years now. I just didn’t reach for them much. These go to just about the top of your calf but are not close to knee height. See last pic!
