Dress is beautiful and in immaculate condition with no stains or flaws. I’m not sure exactly what the proper name is for this type of skirt is. Underneath the skirt there are two sets of ties. When you want a long dress you can untie them. When you want a short hem you just tie them together and it shortens the skirt. Please let me know if you have any questions.
