krissieb @kmb42 yes this would probably work for tunic, but that is open for interpretation. It just depends on your personal tastes and how long the tunic things. I do have a couple of tops that are a cross between a tunic and a short dress that I do use this with. if it helps you the ivory material from waist to the top of the lace is 18.5 inches and the measurements from the top of the lace to the bottom of the lace at the hem is 5.5"
