This piece is so unique. It can be worn as a top or a swimsuit cover and is made out of swimsuit material. The cups are padded and padding is NOT removable. There is elastic along the back to give a bikini top style fit. Designed bottom is triangle shaped and unlined and sealed along the sides. The rings are a thick plastic and it is a tie style. Colors are vibrant with chain/coin design.
