When making a tea use 1 teaspoon of the dried berries in 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for several minutes. They can be crushed for stronger flavor. Tea has a strong pine taste some say taste like gin but not as strong. Sweeten with honey or other sweetner. Can also be mixed with other herbal teas. A good one to always have in your medicine closet. I usually use a mortar and pestle and crush slightly. It releases much more flavor.
Can also be added to foods for flavor. They actually taste a lot like they smell. Maple syrup can be used also for a sweetner.
