Shell 63% polyester & 37% cotton. Lining 100% polyester. It is a solid black with little ivory white polka dots. Has a side zipper. Fully lined with little tulle attached. Follow tags for proper care. The waistband across the front is about 13". From the top waistband to the bottom hem is about 14 1/2" long.
