Juniors - Monteau Navy/Red Striped Dress w/Lace Accents EUC

Absolutely darling dress with striping, ruffled shoulders, tie-waist, pockets, and the perfect touch of lace at the front and back of the bodice. It was sold as a 14 Women’s garment but it’s DEFINITELY a 14 GIRL’S! It literally just fit on my dress form, which is a 6. Would fit a 2-4 grown up gal, too!
