Juniors Fit and Flare Button Dress. Size medium. Mini length. Super cute with tights in the winter! Sleeve are 3/4 length. When rolled up and buttoned hit just above elbow. Built in tank top. There are two small holes in the tank underneath as pictured. Could easily be cut out if preferred. Good condition.
