This is a Ladies' eyeshadow Racerback Sequined Front Top, Style #: IJ3208KCXN, Cut#: FJ743, Size: M. There's a small hole, not quite 1/8" in diameter, in the front that's 7/8" from the side seam and about 7-1/4" above the hem. All sequins appear to be in place but this cannot be guaranteed.
