what is the flat waist measurement

@laceysagitta it’s about 13.5 inches. I will say I wear a size 8-10/28 and these fit my waist they just didn’t fit over my hips, thighs, and butt the way I wanted AKA they were too short for my taste. I like a little more oversized/loose fit
