Feels like polyester no stretch material - beaded tie with elastic waistband in back - a small L /XL check my measurements. Pockets. There are 2 white spots - pointed out one inside waist by tags one on leg. Approximate Measurements Laying flat: waist 16” stretch to 19” - rise 9” - inseam 5” - leg opening 12 1/2”.
