From the top of the shoulder to the front bottom is around 33 inches to the very bottom in the back is about 52 inches
Spots are on the back near the bottom and went up about 12 inches from the bottom

I’m not sure if they’ll come out with a spot treatment, but there are about four spots on the back bottom I added some more pictures and then then another spot about 12 inches up from that so all on the back near the bottom of the dress
