It is possible that one could size down? However, true to size or sizing up is just fine! The measurements below have room for play as you can see that this overall/jumpsuit is meant to run oversize. Crystal is featured in her personal jumpsuit & she cut the hemline & left it raw. Yours will be nicely hemmed. The waist will fit differently based on how you adjust your straps. The rise is more of a drop rise so making the inseam seem shorter than it actually is. The outseam measurement will also vary based on how you adjust your straps as well...
