Jumpsuit halter with ruched cut out front blue/purple size small

Stylish blue halter palazzo style jumpsuit with ruched detailing and cut-out design. The ruched front is fully functional and can be worn loose or tight to adjust the size of the cut out. Thick elastic waistband. Meant to fit snug for upper body and flowy palazzo style pants. I’m a size M and it fits me perfectly due to stretch. Would fit Small or Medium best. Beautiful bright blue with purple hue. Slight sheen to material (not glittery just has a shine to the material) Preloved, has some small snags but can’t see while it’s on.
