Black jumper. Can wear tees underneath it. I did tack it up without sewing machine. There is an extra 4 inches which can be taken out. See photos for measurements. There are three buttons at top to adjust for length if you wish. This jumper is comfortable. Cute with sandals. Did not wear it. Bought on Amazon. Wide legs. This is a small but runs big. Loose.
