Jump the Gun Harrington Jacket - Made in UK - Sz. 40/Large - Tartan, Mod, & Rare

I'm selling my rare Jump the Gun Harrington jacket, made in the UK and worn only a couple times. If you’re familiar with the brand, you already know they specialize in classic British mod inspired styles. They're based out of Brighton. Their stuff doesn’t pop up often in the U.S., and this is one of their classic tartan-lined jackets in the stone colorway, with a vibrant red plaid interior; I actually had to get this directly imported. It's a similar style to Baracuta, or Ben Sherman. It’s tagged a 40 and fits like a men’s large with a regular silhouette, not super boxy, but not overly slim either. The outer shell is a heavy cotton that holds its shape well, and the inside is soft and breathable. You’ve got classic Harrington features: flap pockets, a full YKK zipper, a button tab collar, and ribbed cuffs and hem that give it a true 1960s vibe. Especially in this colorway, it's a bit hard to show on camera, but it's a very pale beige color, or an off white. Super classic. Condition wise, it’s excellent—no major signs of wear, no damage or odor. I hardly wore it, and it’s been stored in my closet since. There are some fuzzies around the ribbing that can easily be brushed off. This would’ve run around £70 (~$93) new from their Brighton shop. It's surprisingly versatile, and looks especially good with black jeans and some slim boots, like chelseas.
