Julienne W floral 90's dress, size S

This adorable blue floral and stripe pattern dress was bought at a boutique on Valencia Street in San Francisco in the 90's. I never wore it. It has an asymmetrical feature on bottom and tighter empire waist vibe with the red horizontal material. 50 percent cotton and 50 percent rayon. Made in USA.
