The Velvet, cording along with rhinestone buttons are in very good condition. There is one discoloration on the cording, please see the very last photo. I probably would not try to clean it, I would be worried that it would damage the cording. You could put a little bit of white paint on it, to hide the stain. The lining is still in good condition however it has discoloration in spots prob from dry cleaning over the years. Considering the age, it's still in very good condition.
