@k_yardley chest is 17" seam to seam across chest and length measures 33" from shoulder seam to bottom of hem. the color is more accurate to the lighter or brighter pics. Hope that helps and feel free to make an offer if interested.🩵😃

thank you for this information. One more question.... is there give to the fabric? Is the 17" measurement flat or stretched... I am a 36 so just trying to figure out if it would be too small. Thank you!

@k_yardley that was measured while on the fitted mannequin and yes it fits a 36" because that is exactly what I am and I tried it on when I got it. Fabric doesn't have a ton of give but I think because it is a v neck and super flowing. Honestly I would have kept it myself if but the ruffles no matter how small I just can't do it. Homemade dresses as a child all with ruffles.
