Julané New York vintage 70s high waisted 27" waist navy blue polyester skirt still has the tags attached. The wrinkle you are seeing at the bottom of the Garment is from a hemline being pinned up that I have taken out. 75% polyester 25% rayon skirt says it is a size 9 but I find it to be a lot smaller than that.
