Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-16.5" and the length is 36". It has a lot of stretch. In great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
