Pretty Juicy Couture navy blue stretch terrycloth bandeau dress perfect for the beach or right after a nice shower. It has a front pocket and is ruffled at the top and bottom. The length on a flat surface is 30". This dress is labeled as a medium but the dress mannequin it is displayed on could barely breath. The bust measurement is 34 1/2" and I would not push it much beyond that. 80% cotton/20% polyester and in like new condition
