Judith March short dress that is way more adorable in person!

Another item given to me by my friend who moved. This is an adorable dress. The brown top is stretchy and the one shoulder circles are so cute. The bottom has a cotton feel with a cream polyester lining. It is approximately 40 inches from the top of the strap to the hem. It is a large but looks like a tiny large to me. The colors are a brown top with peachy orange, brown, cream, pink, blue-green, and a sort of khaki brown color dots.
