These pants are size medium (7/9) and made by Frosty the Snowman. They are made with 100% soft polyester and machine washable. The elastic waist measures 15" across unstretched, the hips measure 19" across and the inseam is 29 1/2". They are very gently worn, in like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Cute and comfy!
