Joy vest

Red long vest, has slits on bottom for a fun flow. Not heavy at all, could be worn fall/spring and summer. Never worn. Side not it says XS. I dont ever wear an xs. I wear a medium/large. And it fits me fine. Im 163 and 5'6 if that helps.
