(May shown very minor signs of use) It is sheer but if you have a smaller chest or not so big on top you can get away wearing it without anything underneath and won’t show through. Other wise I suggest a black bra underneath. Size- no size but fits about a medium. Could fit smaller or bigger since this is a tie top. I just say medium because I am typically a small/medium.
