Joseph Ribkoff Tunic NWT Size 8 Women

This Joseph Ribkoff tunic is NWT. It has two attached layers, the bottom black layer comes down past the hips. The material consists of 94% Polyester and 6% Elastane. The top layer is 100% Polyester, This layer has a black, grey and white design with silver specks. The material hairs extend from the top giving it a textured look. The top layer is shorter, it stops at your hip. In addition to the layers there are side loops for the black sleek belt giving you the choice to wear the tunic loose or by tightening the belt a gathered look. This tunic has built in shoulder pads and is a pull-over top. It's sleeves are long and semi sheer. This tunic is a size 8 in women's tops and was made in Canada.
